La Jeunesse Sportive medinat Béjaïa, (en kabyleIlmezyen n addal t medint n bgayet) est un club de football algérien basé à Béjaïa. Cette équipe a commence à s'entrainer sur le terrain du fort Moussa dans le quartier de bab el louze. Ce dernier ainsi que les autres quartiers de la haute ville font partie des fiefs des supporters. La JSMB est le doyen des clubs de Kabylie et forme avec la JS Kabylie les deux plus grands clubs de la région.
Le logo du club représente les deux couleurs du club, vert et rouge, ainsi que la date de création du club et, représenté en haut, le mont Gouraya.
La JSMB représente tout une région la vallée de la Soummam. Issue des vieux quartiers (bab el louze, kahwa zoubir, rue du vieillard, sidi wali, boulevard bouaouina et Batima ) de la capitale des Hammadites, la JSMB a su conquérir la ferveur de nombreux supporters de la Kabylie.
